Research on the trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA)

Experimental: General information, trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA) (commercial grade, 98%), cinnamic acids (Aldrich) and other chemicals and solvents were used as received. Tribromoisocyanuric acid was prepared as described.11 The 1H and 13C NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker AC-200 (200 MHz and 50 MHz, respectively) spectrometer in CDCl3 solutions with TMS (tetramethylsilane) as internal standard. HRGC analyses were performed on a HP-5890-II gas chromatograph with FID (flame ionization detector) using a 30 m (length), 0.25mm (ID) and 25 μm (phase thickness) RTX-5 capillary column and H2 (flow rate 50 cm s-1) as carrier gas (split: 1:10). 
HRGC-MS analyses were performed on a Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010S gas chromatograph with electron impact (70 eV) by using a 30 m DB-5 silica capillary column.
Typical Hunsdiecker reaction of cinnamic acids with trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA) : Et2O (20 ml) and the trihaloisocyanuric acid (1.67 mmol) were added to a solution of cinnamic acid (5 mmol) in 2% aqueous NaOH (20 ml). After stirring for 24 h, the organic layer was separated and evaporated to give the pure 2-halostyrene.
Research on the trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA) of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), 2- phosphono-butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA), phosphine hydroxy acid (HPAA) and more amino polyether methylene phosphonate (PAPEMP) decomposition of four organic phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition effect on their performance. The results showed that TCCA  have decomposition on organophosphorus corrosion inhibitors, the decomposition degree was PAPEMPHPAAHEDPPBTCA; TCCA can reduce the pH of the water, resulting in rapid corrosion of carbon steel; With the increasing of trichloro isocyanuric acid concentration in water, HEDP, PBTCA and HPAA barrier CaCO3 scale decreased, PAPEMP barrier CaCO3 also decreased.
